Wildlife and art have been a passion of mine from a young age.
My influences are Robert Bateman, Ezra Tucker, but I also have a love of Impressionists, Surrealists and the great Masters. All these genres absolutely inspire my work.
As a self-taught artist, I have a desire to grow and improve my methods and techniques. I am constantly evolving. My inspirations come from nature and wildlife. A hike with my camera will always produce some great subjects for my painting. I will spend hours going over my material, finding the perfect pose, perspective and mixing the colors just right.
I always find nonstop inspiration from the array of colours that nature brings.
Creating a piece of art is my obsession. To watch the painting come alive, layer by layer, as it transforms into something that I can be proud of and share with my fans, brings me ultimate joy.
